Are Trapped Emotions Interrupting Your Sleep?
So here's a little story (A testimony of my own, if you will):
I was waking up at 4am like clockwork EVERY night. I didn't think anything of it. I thought I had just drank too much water before bed, causing me to have to get up and use the restroom. Some people also believe that it's when the spiritual veil is thinnest and they are receiving spiritual messages. While this could be the case, it actually could mean that you have an organ imbalance.
I recently took a look at my Traditional Chinese Meridian Organ Chart, and realized that waking up between the hours of 3-5am can signify a LUNG IMBALANCE.
I opened up the Body Code, confirmed that I had a lung imbalance, released the trapped emotions that were causing it, and Voila! I’ve been sleeping like a baby ever since! No more waking up in the middle of the night!
There are many overlooked symptoms that signify organ imbalances and if we catch them, sooner than later, we can potentially prevent deeper issues from manifesting.
If you're waking up in the middle of the night, here is what it could mean:
11pm-1am: Something’s up with your Gall Bladder
1-3am: Your Liver
3-5am: Your Lungs
7-9am: Your Stomach
Waking up during these times could also mean that you are processing the emotions associated with these organs. So for example, if you are grieving, you may wake up between 3-5am. I have attached the Chinese Medicine Organ Chart (also called the “body clock”) below for you to see more about each organ.
The most common cause for an imbalanced organ or gland is Trapped Emotions. Usually, if you simply release trapped emotions contributing to the imbalance, your organ will naturally rebalance.
If you are experiencing waking up in the middle of the night or think you have an organ imbalance, go ahead and sign up for a focused clearing session. It is important that we nip these imbalances in the bud before they get out of hand.
